A Stack Overflow error occurs when launching a new Cassini Short Cut. This occurs due to a early loading patch issue which is fixed upon running again. Choose any answer to Abort, Debug, Save and then launch the Short Cut again.
It is safe to interrupt the launch with ESC or CTL+BREAK and interrupt the application launch.
This is a known issue that affects all Cassini applications and has a simple work-around. Will not fix.
