High failure rates after a facility wide shutdown event is common. This can be attributed to the severe power on requirements that strain failing main board and power supply units (PSU) found in the EPC.
Best practices is to idle the tester and power down the Testhead for extended days of downtime using the Infrastructure breakers. Leave the EPC ON if possible.
