Open and print this attachment for the Top Plate Orientation Template for carriers of type 2AC/4VA (single-site). Make sure that you set the sheet size to 11 X 17 in the print properties before printing. After printing, cut out center and tape to top of your fixture using punched holes as in Figure. Make sure that you orient the Manipulator Arm arrow with the tester.
