The RI8612 Device Power Plus Instrument provides enhanced precision voltage and current supply and parametric DC measurement in a single instrument. 24 high-current power supplies provide voltage and sense feedback for optimal performance in test applications. Eight voltage measure inputs can be configured for differential device applications or ground referenced multimeter measurements.

- 4 Voltage Measure Lines (compatible with RI8546)
- 16 Low Speed Static Digital for managing test circuit configuration (compatible with RI8546)
